Hi, and thanks for taking the time to learn a bit about us. In case you’re unfamiliar with the Calvary Chapel ideology, it is at it’s core a dedication to living a life according to biblical teaching. And while every church would say that’s what they are about, sadly it just doesn’t appear to be so. The Bible is really, really clear on many issues that we choose to muddy, such as worship, sin, obedience, and so on, and yet so many believers take such a wide view of these and other issues that they lose the focus of what God’s Word teaches: obedience to Him and what His Word says.

So that’s the most important thing here at Calvary Chapel Turlock. We want so very much to know God’s Word, and in doing so knowing Him, and to live in obedience, worshipping our Creator for everything He is.
